OR • Prior to entry, all guests and artists must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of each show or production. Please note - masks covering the nose and mouth will continue to be required while indoors. If you are unable to follow these vaccination, testing, and masking requirements and have previously purchased tickets for an upcoming show, you may request a refund through our ticket holder Eventbrite or email us at [email protected]. All entrants to The Lewis Room (“Venue”) and adjacent Tweed Recording Audio Production School studios (“Facility” or “Facilities” acknowledge this risk by entering premises. Failure to confirm or acknowledge the above will result in no entry. MASKS: Masks or face covering, covering mouth and nose, are REQUIRED at all times for all entrants, staff, and performers in Venue or Facility. Masks will be provided by the Venue at the point of ingress and throughout the venue as needed. PHYSICAL DISTANCING: Please practice physical distancing while inside Venue and Facility, following any and all directional wall or floor signage, and remaining in applicable designated or assigned seats or pods as directed by Venue or Facility staff. HAND SANITIZER & CLEANINGS: Common surfaces in the Venue & Facility will be routinely cleaned before, during and after shows and events. Hand sanitizer will be readily available, as will sinks in the available restrooms behind the stage for audience members. COVID-19 PREVENTION PROTOCOL UPDATES: Venue & Facility reserve the right to update the COVID-19 PREVENTION PROTOCOLS at any time. All updates to Venue & Facility policy will be communicated as it’s available, and will be done per CDC guidance, which supplements state and local health and safety laws.
