Bass player starting band

I give up. I have been looking to join an established band to play with for a while with no success, so I figured maybe it's time to start a band. Experienced bass player that plays pop, rock, country, blues and disco. Have been in a number of bands over the years playing a number of formats. Prefer songs that audiences recognize. Easy going, team player looking the same in musicians. Aspiring to play one or two shows a month. I am middle aged with a normal day job, so this is for fun. Have good equipment and transportation. No place to rehearse, but we can go to Fort Knox or one of the other studios that rent space with a back line. Everyone chips in a few $$ for the space. I have a drummer and maybe a keyboard player. Looking for guitars and vocals and keys. Have played in a number of female fronted bands, so that would be nice but not necessary. Prefer to rehearse on weekends, but weeknights are ok as long as not too late (up early for work). Thanks
