already established band looking for bass player. 50+'s looking for someone who can rehearse 2-4x per month and gig 1-2x per month in west burbs. Originals are crowd pleasing. A mixture of rock/country/surfy vibe. Covers include Dead/Willie/Clapton/Poi Dog etc. but we dig a bit deeper for some obscure covers that fit the lineup. Always bringing in new tunes into the mix. We usually play two sets for about 3 hours worth of material. Lineup is currently 2gtr, drums, sax. Sometimes we add percussion. For the most part everyone sings at least a song or two for the night. Vox a plus, Improvising a plus, learning songs before practice a plus. We have a practice spot with pa and bass amp in west burbs.
