Hello and Happy New Year!
I am hoping for assistance with my TECO account, and internet service. I was laid off on November 17, 2021, and was out of work until December 22, 2021.
I have a new job working from home, and am not due for a paycheck until 1/7/22.
TECO has provided an extension, but will be turning off services on 1/5/22 if the remaining balance is unpaid. Being that I now work remote, internet connection is vital. If anyone is able to assist in any way- anything helps.
