Our mission is to share Liberia’s exotic aromas, cultures, and values while building bonds with our guests one meal at a time. Chef Ameneh looks forward to sharing her family recipes with you!

Liberian Mloukhieh (Jute Leaves): Liberian-style Jute Leaves, cooked with well-seasoned chicken and red palm oil (made in Liberia). Served with white jasmine rice.
