Guitarist looking to form pop/rock cover band

I'm a guitarist looking to form a cover band to play today's pop hits and include classic rock/hits along with rock en español and spanish pop hits. The danceable stuff. The goal is to be a fully formed working band to play at bars/clubs and maybe be hired for weddings and xv's. To give you an idea, I'm in my late 20s and what I'm looking for is a female singer with enthusiasm, bassist, and drummer; preferably, experienced musicians.
