Disconnect sinks, disassemble and reassemble store shelves

I need 1-2 people Thursday January 6ht to disconnect 2 commercial sinks (1 - 3 compartment sink and 1 single s/s prep sink) and disassemble about 15 ft of gondola shelving and reassemble it. Probably 4-5 hours of work. Pay competitive for day labor.
