I was walking my dog @ 8:30pm when I came along a wandering little dog on the sidewalk near the Parc 88 apartments on stevenson blvd., Fremont, CA. She's a long haired, black chihuahua, looks like she weighs 4 - 6 lbs., and has a slight perfume smell to her [which indicates she belongs to someone's household]. If you recognize this dog or know the owner, please contact me at the phone number posted. I can only hold her for 12 hrs. before submitting her to the Fremont animal shelter.
