Hello, my mom in clarksville arkansas has this male chihuahua/pom mix. He needs a rescue or someone who has alot of time. This boy will be 3 in July 4. He was a outside dog that got put outside when tiny by my moms neighbors I took him in when he was not even a year and kept him but, he had ptsd and anixity and will howl at night like he's scared and it was to much. Now my mom has him again and he's just needing somewhere like a rescue that can handle all of is his anixity and ptsd. Hes good with kids, other animals and cats and not aggressive. Willing to give to a rescue or asking $75 from someone who can for sure tell me what type of home he would be going to. Can meet in clarksville ozark area or Russellville or conway
