DENVER, CO — Two are dead, and two wounded in a quadruple shooting in lower downtown Denver in the pre-dawn hours of New Year's Day, according to police. In an early morning tweet, police said three men and one woman were shot in the 1900- block of Blake Street. The woman and one of the men were pronounced dead at the scene, Denver police said. Two men were taken to the hospital, their conditions not provided by authorities The Denver Channel reported police as saying the shooting happened as "New Year's celebrations were occurring at bars and clubs in the area." The investigation is ongoing with no suspect identified, per Denver police. ALERT #DPD in investigating a shooting in the 1900 block of Blake St. Three adult males and one adult female were shot.
