It's a contractor out of the state of Kansas named Douglas Bell who is doing unethical practices now in the Chicagoland area. The most recent one of all is 1011 w 87th. There are numerous bad reviews on him on the net, even one on the news. I have here some receipts. His LINKDIN IS DOUGLAS BELL CONCRETE PLUS CONTRACTORS LLC. He also makes his Craigslist hired' workers do backbreaking work for half the price of professionals. Unless you want someone to destroy your property and take your money and run, don't hire this person. HE IS TRYING TO DO WORK IN CHICAGO AND SET CUSTOMERS UP. HE HAS STOLEN MONEY AND NOT FULLFILLED THEIR AGREEMENTS! HE MUST BE STOPPED. CURRENTLY DOING A GIG ON 1011 W 87TH AND MESSING UP THE BASEMENT GRAVEL. DON'T WORK WITH HIM!!!!
