Looking for musicians interested in playing modern takes on classic country, country rock & rockabilly (outlaw country/roots/Americana/Irish). not really interested in much top 40 country, but there may be a few possibilities (top 40 country is like salt on a steak — not enough leaves you wanting more; too much ruins the steak; the correct amount tastes just right!). I play guitar and sing. looking for bass and drums for sure, if you can sing too, even better! fiddle or steel would be cool! influences include merle haggard, marty stuart, allman brothers, top petty, the mavericks, travis tritt, that sort of thing. looking to play weekend gigs in central to western Indiana, and maybe an occasional cool weekend trip out of the area.
