His name is Coco. His owner was moving and couldn't keep him, so he has been at the Camarillo Shelter for a few weeks. I know this picture doesn't show it. but he is older, confused about why he doesn't have a home and very frightened. He needs a special, patient person/couple with a quiet household to make him feel safe again. I can't take him, but I did pay his adoption fee and he can go with you the same day. Please go visit him. He will bark and shy away, until he trusts you. That is why his chances aren't good, but a rescued dog is so grateful. He is in kennel 16. The shelter is open at 1 pm Tuesday Through Sunday to look at the animals. To adopt, you need to go between 9 and 11:30 and put your name on a list and they call you back.
