Partial lockout share available at Rockstar Studios near Chinatown. 15x15' room, currently shared by 7 people. We are looking for a few more folks to get it down to $100/person per month (rent is $1100/mo). Small bands or solo artists preferred, we already have 2 drum kits so please no more drummers unless you are willing to play our backline kit (Ludwig Vistalite). Scheduling via google calendar, in 3-4 hr slots. Pay more, you get more slots. Scheduling TBD, we just got keys.
