Apartment Handyman & General Labor Positions are available! Ream Property Management Properties located in Franklin and Licking county. Full-Time and part-time Available Job Description Apartment Maintenance, you will be responsible for turning recently vacated apartments and houses and getting them rent ready see below, But not limited to. - Clean/restore recently vacated Properties - Change locks/keys - Clean outs,misc repairs anything related to property maintenance ect.. - New doors and windows in some properties - Must be able to install appliances - Exterior / Interior painting and caulking and light drywall repair. - Must be able to complete work orders in a timely manor Job Requirements Handyman/construction/apartment experience preferred MUST have dependable transportation to and from work Have a good work ethic, reliability and dependable along with working with others,taking direction when needed and working alone being self motivated. Maintain a friendly and customer service oriented approach with co-workers and tenants.
