We have an air conditioned, acoustically treated rehearsal space for rent on every Thursday morning, afternoon, or evening. The rental be on the same day of the week for the whole month. Hours are flexible. We are a small community of musicians looking for respectful and chill bands. We can provide some gear, and offer 1 guitar amp for storage (no full/half stacks). We have the following for use: 1. 1 16 channel PA 2. 2 Monitor Wedges 3. 4 SM58 microphones with stands 4. 1 Pearl Drum kit with 2 rack/2 floor toms, snare, crash, ride, highhats, and kick. 5. 2 1/4" inputs direct into the board. 6. 1 Large bass cabinet/amp The cost would be $350 per month, due at the beginning of the month and no sublets.
