Can someone tell me why our gas bills are RAISED by Columbia gas of ohio?? This past December was suppose to be warmer by 10 degrees above normal and my furnace hasn't been running much either due to the warmer weather. but my gas bill was over 35.00 more than it was in November I'm going to hate to see it if the weather drops to the teens or zero as it usually does in Jan and feb. How is the gas company allowed to raise rates like this with no problems?? I've received mail from Columbia gas that my home compared to other similar homes in my area is more efficient than most in my area also. Covid shouldn't have anything to do with them being able to raise their costs or am I missing something?
