D-Tails Construction Services is looking for a full time QUALIFIED remodeling carpenters, with a real box full of skills! If you have them we want you! Come where your respected, can excel and be happy on your job site doing the best work Minnesota has to offer! Creativity at it finest! DTails is a full service Minneapolis based design build remodel firm established in 2009. We do unique designed additions, remodels, kitchens and baths on only residential construction project with in the 7 county metro area. Prefer 7 to 10 years experience with your own tools, truck and current drivers lic. Prefer you be non-smoking for our customers, but we understand and can work around that. We are inside on most of our projects, but outside framing is required and heights need not be problem. We need strong framing to finish skills (a must), plumb and square! It's about the details - hacks will work somewhere else! Absolutely have an understanding of all the trades (plumbing, heating and electrical) and you should have developed some skills in minor drywall. We need excellent trim skill, tile and solid surface installations for kitchens, baths and superior in punch list tasks. We do construct additions/second stories, some quite large, again good framing skills with a non-fear of heights is required. You occasionally may be required to install (minor) roofing, BUT excel in framing, siding, windows, doors and trim. You should be able to do custom metal break work - so your well rounded skill is important, better than that, you must have it to apply. Good grooming and being on time is flat out expected, as it's all about the details. Hourly with overtime and earn that $5000.00 sign on bonus ! ! Tool repairs included and other spiff along the way.
