Seeking Excellent PCA for two young adults with Autism

Looking for reliable, experienced PCA to provide quality in home care for our 19 and 22 year old daughters who have autism. Candidate requirements: - Caring, patient, and kind - Punctual and dependable - Knowledgeable about autism, experience preferred - Positive attitude - Required Education - High school or equivalent - Must own a reliable vehicle - Must have a valid drivers license & auto insurance - Must not be allergic to cats - Must be able to pass the DHS Background Check - Must be fully vaccinated or be willing to wear a mask for all shifts. Job responsibilities: - Maintain a positive relationship with clients - Housekeeping, light meal prep - Assist clients with grooming, bathing, dressing - Supervise clients’ safety and well-being - Run errands and transport clients - Assist in facilitating community outings Details: - Pay: $13.45 - $19.50 per hour - The pay is set by Accra, but we will personally supplement the monthly salary for highly qualified candidates. - Very flexible hours (average 30 hours per week, M-F) - Benefits: PTO, health insurance, low stress environment, and sweet clients - Position starting immediately
