[Untitled Community] is seeking founding board members for a non-profit fair housing co-op. Our goal is to develop a new model of affordable home ownership for low- and moderate-income underserved families in Atlanta. The vision is simple: 18 tiny homes (1,200 sq ft each), 1 community center, & 2 central gardens on 2 acres in Dekalb County. We need volunteers with skillsets in the following areas: - Politics / Public Policy - Outreach / Social Media / Fundraising - Housing / Real Estate / Property Management - Construction / Architecture - Experience in a co-op (of any kind) - Law We meet monthly as a group (via Zoom). The initial service term is 1 year. We're currently fundraising to cover admin costs of startup, and will be applying for 501(c)(3) status soon. **Send us an email with your qualifications and interests.
