Found Small male white & beige dog

Hello! I found this little guy in Lemon Grove last night. Off Elkelton Blvd & Paradise Way Road on Parkbrook. I brought him home, bathed him, & going off his temperament & groom, (he was full of dirt though probably from being on the street) he does belong to someone. I drove back down to Lemon Grove this morning to walk the neighborhood where I found him but no luck. Shelter was closed per the holiday & I’ve been on hold forever with the after hours humane enforcement. It’s a slim chance but if anyone can share or knows anyone, please let me know. He is about 15 lbs, small, looks like a terrier/shitzhu mix, small growth on his back. Maybe 7 or 8 years old. Adorable underbite. He had a black & pink collar but no name tag. So I put my dogs harness on him for now. Please share if in the area. Thank you!
