Wonderful dog needs forever home

This is Lupin aka Lu dog. I dont know his breed but I do know he's a wonderful dog in search of his forever home. Lu has been living with our family the past couple of months and we wish we could keep him but due to not being able to find a rental that accepts dogs his size I think it's best we go our separate ways. Prior to our family he lived with his family that had him since he was a puppy where he lived with babies, dogs, and cats. He's a gentle giant weighing around 80lbs and a true couch potato. He knows "no", "sit", "stay", "lay down", "go to bed" means lay on his bed, "off" if you dont want him on your furniture. He's wonderful with kids and cats from my experience. His favorite things are car rides, cuddling on the couch, and treats. He's not an outside dog and doesn't like to be outside by himself. He waits at the door to go out and when he's done doing his business let's out a single bark to let you know he's ready to come in. He's an adult so no chewing on anything except his toys and no accidents in the house. I was told he wasn't allowed bones in his last home due to becoming agitated with his dog siblings over sharing. I have fed him by himself in the garage away from kids, cats, and dogs with no issues. He does bark when someone is ringing the doorbell or knocking but as soon as they come through the door he greets them with kisses and tail wags. He's low-medium energy, low maintenance, UTD on shots, microchipped, and neutered. He will be rehomed with his bed, bowls, collars, leash, toys, treats and his remaining food.
