Before Covid I was considering getting into the business of establishing a new 24/7 access musician’s band rehearsal place. Not as large, but hopefully somewhere close to as cool, safe, and well-operated as Space on Wilson. Gigs are on again except when they’re off again, but we all need a place to rock—or whatever—out, right? I know there’s a need because Space is always full and other options are limited…especially as so many are converting their garages and band sheds to living spaces. Super early stages, but who would be interested and in what types of rooms? Of course full band in a few sizes, but maybe also some small rooms for solo and other small-footprint types…for lesson teachers on hourly or lock-out? Amenities preferred? Anyway, Give me a little feedback. Especially if you’re a serious rental candidate. Cheers and Happy New Year!
