Missing dog

I know this is a long shot, but I had to re-home my dog Zoey about 3 years ago and stayed in contact with the new owner. We lost communication a little while back and I found out he went to a home and passed away. I had said if it didn’t work out at all that I would want her to come home. I’m not sure where she is or if she is even still with us but if anyone has seen her or knows anything at all about her please let me know. The last picture is the most recent I got from him.
