My name is Candace and I am a Special Education Tutor. I have worked with children diagnosed with Autism, Dyslexia, Learning Disabilities, ADHD, and Speech Impairments for more than 3 years, in the classroom as an aide as well as one-on-one. I also have extensive coursework in Child Development and Psychology. The reason why I am choosing to extend services to children with exceptionalities is because parents are concerned for their child's academic progress, and I want to help them in any way that I can! First session will be a consultation where the you and I discuss the goals that you have set for your student. We will also discuss how I can help your child achieve them and what you are looking for in an online tutoring session. My goal for each student that I work with is for them to feel like a successful individual in whatever skill they acquire.
