Found dog: black lab mix with blue collar and blue harness

Description

Found pup on the bottom off 2222. He has two blue harnesses but no tags. I saw him fall off the side of cat mountain he definitely has a broken back leg. I’m with him now at Austin Vets Emergency Clinic at 7300 RR 2222 Austin, Texas
