Overview • The Landscape Maintenance position requires no experience and provides a learning opportunity for those getting into the Landscape industry. Team members need be motivated, hardworking, and dependable. Members will act apart of a team and alone, quickly learning new skill sets, earning raises, and advancing in the company. Position does require driving long distances in company vehicles. Position does require member to meet in various cities. To apply go to or text 92258 to: (323) 210-4310 Benefits • 401k Retirement Accounts • Medical Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Gym Membership • Company Paid Uniforms • Company Supplied Tools • Paid Time Off • Paid Sick Days • Bonuses Available • Career Advancement and Leadership Opportunities • Fast Pay Raises • Overtime Available Description • Techs are responsible for landscape/hardscape maintenance of residential/commercial properties • Quickly Push/Pull/Ride lawn mowers on flat, sloped, and uneven terrain • Use edger and string trimmer to edge and trim grass borders and other areas • Use backpack and handheld blowers • Carry up to 50 pounds without assistance • Drive Trucks and Vans for extended periods of time on both freeways and roads • Safely use chain saws, pole saws, hedge trimmers to prune trees/bushes as required • Conduct small irrigation repairs (after trained) • Plant or remove plants as needed • Clean equipment as needed Notes • Must be able to communicate verbally in English • Read and write basic sentences in English • Must be willing and able to operate smart phone device and/or tablet • Comfortable working outdoors in heat/cold for extended periods time • The ideal candidate should detail-oriented, trustworthy, comfortable working alone, able to hold themselves to a high standard without oversight • Position requires constant fast movement involving turning, bending over, kneeling, walking, and other physical actions Requirements • Driver License To apply go to or text 92258 to: (323) 210-4310
