39 y/o drummer of 24 years looking for a spot for solo practice. Ideally, 1-2 hour slots 3x a week. I have my own kit/cases. Don’t drink or use drugs outside of cannabis. 100% respectful of others gear - willing to pay deposit if needed. I just need a place to tear it up dudes. Thanks!!
