I have been in a Local Chef here in the Virginia Beach area for 30 years. I have been cooking seafood since i was a kid. I remember catching crabs across from little island park at Sand Bridge. Fishing in the bay and on the Eastern Shore. I can wait to share some of these stories and recipes with you. Let’s learn to buy, prep, cook and eat some of our Local Seafood.
