Pure Barre class at Care Aura! Brunch and barre? What more could you ask for! Grab your yoga mat and come enjoy some fun at Cafe Aura in Manchester on Sunday 1/16 at 10 am! Tickets are $15 per person, $10 for Lifestyle members (text/email us for your discount code!). Ticket includes a complimentary mimosa if you stay for brunch after class! Our 50 minute class uses small or isometric movements to work your entire body. Class starts with a full body warm up, then moves to arms, thighs, seat, abs, and finishes with a cool down stretch. Bring a yoga mat, wear holiday-themed workout clothes and a smile. Sign up in advance as spots are limited. After you purchase your ticket, a studio rep will confirm the class booking. Questions?
