Rehoming lovely, friendly cat

Hello! I am rehoming my cat to a family that can really appreciate her. We wish that we could keep her but unfortunately we can not have pets in the apartments we are moving to. She is good around kids and is pretty calm. She would need a scratching post since she does like to claw a little bit. There is a small $25 rehoming fee. We will have a nag of food, her bowl, and her water fountain. Please text instead of call. I'm pretty busy with a newborn so would not be able to get to the phone most of the time.
