Mature Nanny/Housekeeper needed for almost 2 year old

We are seeking a nanny/housekeeper for our little girl who turns 2 in February. Please read carefully and do not apply if you’re not willing to do all the job requires. - must be patient and kind. - must be available from 10am to 5:30/6pm Monday’s through Friday. Preferably with flexibility if needed for a late evening once in a while. - must be fully vaccinated and willing to wear mask around the baby. - must be willing to undergo a background check if we choose to do one. - must be okay with cats. We have one in the home. - must be willing to do baby’s laundry once per week and help with parents’ laundry as well if asked. We have laundry in the building. - must be willing to help with cleaning the home daily. This includes washing dishes, keeping baby’s room tidy, cleaning bathroom once per week, sweeping and wiping floors and straightening up as needed before parents get home. It’s a small 2 bedroom apartment, honestly not much to do. - must be willing to stay on long term (1 year plus) - must be okay with being monitored via cameras in the home. We will be checking in from time to time during the day. - must be able to take baby to nearby park (a block away) during warmer months. - must be willing to facilitate the child’s learning. She’s been in daycare for over 6 months and has been learning a lot. We have lots of educational activities for her we’d like her to continue doing. We’re looking for someone we can keep for a long term as we go through life and new milestones.
