Hey folks, I'm a drummer/keyboard player with a space in Crown Heights that I've set up as a little production spot. Looking to share with a keyboard/piano player or producer who can bring in (or would be interested in bringing in) a piano or Rhodes, or some other keyboard instruments. Super affordable - I'd be down to split the rent two ways ($287.50 each) and I'm typically only there between 12pm and about 6-7pm and sparingly on weekends (leaving tons of time for you to use it). It's about 14 x 8.5 - a bit bigger than most practice rooms. Of course there's the noise problem but the building isn't bad and there's a reasonable amount of quiet time. This would be good for piano rehearsal/composing, solo production in the boom bap/lofi/r+b funk type of vein..or a jazz or classical player would be cool too.
