We're kicking off our Community Connection Tour in Houston! This is a time to get to know some like-minded families in your area. We are ready to get Texans connected through Freedom Keepers United! Starting in the heart of Houston, we will get to know one another, discuss strategic events needed in the community, address relevant election and legislative points, and mostly HAVE FUN. In working to build the Freedom Keepers Community, one major goal is to bring Houstonians, and the larger metropolitan area, together to learn about advocacy through our Community Ambassador Program. What is a Community Ambassador? Community Ambassadors provide the valuable resource of in-person community. We rely on these leaders to host meetups through a range of ideas, empowering their community to be united in medical freedom. We want to empower the outer counties and towns of The Houston Metropolitan Area with necessary tools and information to start connecting and building their own communities by hosting meetups like the larger city of Houston has been over the past couple of months. Our hope for this tour is that it will be able to turn our big state into a tight knit community so we can fight for medical freedom together. We will be near the entrance to the children's playground. Look for the Freedom Keepers flag! A little about Levy Park: Parking: Free 3hr parking is available around the entire perimeter of the park. Kirby Grove Parking Garage across from the park is $10 for unlimited time. Water Feature: There is a water feature in the children's playground. Feel free to bring a towel and change of clothes. After all, this is Houston and the weather could 80 degrees for this event! Restrooms: There are nice restrooms just outside of the children's playground. Activities: There is an art cart and a game cart available for children to use. Advocating for informed consent and medical freedom.
