As part of the Justice and Spirituality on Screen series we present clips of the American trial system with a panel discussion at the end. The CSJ Center for Reconciliation & Justice invites you to this special Justice and Spirituality on Screen event, as part of the 2022 CSJ Center Symposium, Faces of Justice. Tonight's program will include a scholar and artist panel discussion on the American trial as it has been imagined in cinematic media. Various film and television series will be discussed. The CSJ Center's Justice and Spirituality on Screen series engages questions of faith and culture through the lens of modern cinema. It is cosponsored by the LMU School of Film and Television, Center for Religion and Spirituality, and William H. Hannon Library. The 2021-2022 series theme echoes that of the CSJ Center's annual symposium, Faces of Justice.
