It's time to make your goals a reality! Manifest those ideas into real, achievable parts of your life. Join us in creating a vision board. New Year...new goals....how can we turn some of these dreams into reality? To conquer goals, you have to set an intention, believe it will happen, and then set active steps. Whether it's to learn some stress relief techniques, give yourself more "me time", lose weight, workout more, find a job you love, - a vision board is a great tool to have during your journey! A Vision Board is a visual for your goals - it's usually poster sized and contains images, words of affirmation, and represents what you're trying to accomplish. Come join us in this fun crafting activity! We will start with sharing our intentions for the boards, look at some examples of boards, and be given some basic guidance on how to start the project. Cost of Event Includes: - glue -scissors - poster. board - words of affirmation stickers - some magazines (feel free to bring more to share) Healthy snacks & drinks will be provided to keep the ideas flowing!
