Lost him during the New Year’s Eve fireworks. He ran away near 2nd st and Fairmount. Then spotted near the piazza in Northern liberties. Please. If you se him try to attract him to you by making calming sounds or singing to him. Don't chase, whistle, or call his name, that might make him run away since he is panicking. He is sensitive to cold. A small Italian greyhound. Black and white
