Chakra clearing through guided meditation and vocal toning Chakras are energy center in the body that are not seen by the human eye but have influence on our present and future mindset, emotional health, physical health and actions. There is so much to feel and keep track of in our daily lives, but when was the last time you gave yourself the space to listen to your body and support the flow of energy through it? In this Chakra Toning and Clearing Meditation, Bri will guide attendees to visualize and tone (yes, sing) through each energy center bringing full awareness and healing while prompting flow through each of your 7 main chakras. You don’t have to be a singer to attend, you don’t have to be an experienced meditator or even know about the chakras. All you need is an intention to give yourself space to listen to your body and the desire to support a healthy energetic flow for yourself. Bri is a space holder, psychedelic guide, yogi, and artist known around the Center community for her work in curating conscious events for The Center SF. She is intrigued and committed to her healing journey and is inspired and determined to support those who choose to walk a similar path on their own uniques healing journeys. She believes we all have wisdom to share and by doing so in community, we heal ourselves and the world. The Center SF is following all SF city Covid guide lines and is requiring all attendees to show proof of vaccination upon entry to all events.
