Learn the magic of cheese making along with the one you love (or like-like). In this Fresh Mozzarella Class, you will spend 2-3 hours learning about cheese, making cheese and eating cheese!  Ticket for 2 people also includes a special exclusive gift ($20 value).  Begin your journey with a little dairy science, familiarizing yourself with the ins and outs of turning milk into cheese. We will provide a personal cheese tasting of 5 of our signature cheeses including crackers and local accoutrements (gluten free/nut free options available). We'll also include a special Valentine's day chocolate and cheese pairing! Starting with our fresh pasteurized milk, you and your partner people will work together to make a batch of fresh mozzarella curd. Then, you learn the art of stretching fresh mozzarella, transforming the mozzarella curd into a delicate layered ball of pasta filata cheese. Best of all, you get to take the mozzarella home with expert tips about how to store and use it.  Also, it’s a BYOB (bring your own beverage of choice).  10% discount on all cheese & butter sales during the class! Minimum class size:  8 Face masks will be required while not eating/drinking.
