Melty, Cheesy, Goodness! Join us for a traditional Alpine dinner, filled with great food, great drinks, and great company. So, what is Raclette? Well...it's a fantastic cow's milk cheese with a wonderful creamy texture and a salty, slightly sweet, slightly nutty flavor not unlike Gruyere. It's fairly aromatic and becomes more pungent the longer the cheese wheel is aged. It gets its name from the French racler which means “to scrape.” What's a Raclette dinner? It's a time to enjoy friends, and an opportunity to make new ones. A moment to share food in a communal fashion. Melting cheese and pouring it over an array of potatoes, pickled veggies, cured meats and more! A time of sharing, talking, and being merry. And drinking, don't forget amazing wines, and ciders!! So, join us at The Barn Door, for an evening of melty, cheesy, goodness. It's the perfect Valentine's Dinner! (Here's what's included in each ticket: a complimentary glass of wine, all the cheese you can melt and eat, an array of fresh and pickled veggies, cured meats & sausage, breads & crackers.
