We are Summerview Real Estate, a strong company that has been in business for almost 50 years. We are now looking for an individual to take on the role of Property Maintenance/Management with plumbing experience. If you are hands on, have some office experience, like working with your hands and performing different tasks you will enjoy this opportunity. Almost the entirety of our property can either be walked to, or driven to within 5-15 minutes, located in Derry and Londonderry. Some of our property is adjacent to our office as well so there is not much traveling or driving. We invite you to join our family here at Summerview Real Estate and grow with our well established business. We are currently seeking a clean and respectful individual who can perform the following, or knows several: Plumbing Oil burners Taking service calls Light repairs (might have to use a hand drill or hammer to make cosmetic repairs or similar level of repair) Working under a contractor to assist in more complex jobs Painting apartments, decks, stairs, exteriors of property etc. Light landscaping Plowing/shoveling Cleaning Be comfortable using a ladder (might have to get on low angle roofs to patch a leak) Snaking clogged drains We are looking for someone to take this position ASAP.
