Francheska Martinez is a bodyweight and functional training coach in Austin, Texas. She is certified by the ONNIT Academy in Kettlebell, Foundations, Durability, and Steel Mace, as well as ANIMAL FLOW. Known as FrancheskaFit on social media, Francheska is recognized for her signature flow integrating ANIMAL FLOW, durability, and explosive movements. Francheska now travels the U.S. teaching her philosophy and bodyweight techniques.
