Carolina Chainsaw Massacre Fest opens on Friday night, June 3rd at Break Time Billiards & Sports in Winston-Salem; followed by an all-day metal and horror fest and midnight after-party at The Blind Tiger in Greensboro the following Saturday, June 4th.
