Francis is a neutered male seal point Siamese who has been missing since 12/28. Last seen in northeast Lincoln near Ammon Ave and Baldwin Ave. possibly Ivy Ave as well. We are now offering $200 just for his return, no questions asked. We just want our fur son back. He also functions as an emotional support animal for my daughter on the spectrum.
