This introductory workshop is for new or novice users of a "multicooker" appliance (Instant Pot, Yedi, etc) where you'll learn the basics of using it and have an opportunity to explore the ways that it can make your life easier. We will cover how to get started with your IP, stewing/braising, foolproof pasta cooking, veggies, potatoes, eggs and fruits. Unlike other IP classes you'll see, we have you bring your applicance with you so you can get practice using it during the workshop.
