ServiceMaster by ORC is an established emergency mitigation service company specializing in water and fire damage as well as turn key reconstruction. We are hiring for several positions outlined below. Water, Fire &; Mold Restoration Lead Technician Duties Include: -Water Damage Restoration -Mold Remediation and Clean-Up -Sewage Damage Clean-Up -Fire Clean-Up -Trauma Clean-Up -Carpet and Duct Cleaning -Board-Up due to Vandalism, Break-Ins, and Fires The ideal Water, Fire Mold Restoration Technician candidate would have: -At least 1 year of experience with water damage mitigation. -Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally. -39-month Motor Vehicle Record with no more than 2 violations. -No Felony convictions -IICRC WTR/ASD Certification is a plus and will be considered for compensation General Construction Laborer Position Duties Include: Do not need to be proficient at all skills. -Drywall installation and texture (must be able to match texture) -Painting -Light framing -Baseboard, casing, and jamb building and installation. -Installation of: cabinets, counter tops, shelving, etc. -New Home Punch List -Light plumbing The ideal General Construction Laborer candidate would have: -Reliable truck (will be reimbursed for mileage) -No Felony convictions. -Personal set of tools necessary to complete jobs.
