Press release from the Montgomery County Department of Police: December 31, 2021   Fenguese Pierre was last seen on December 27th, at 11:00 a.m., leaving her residence on foot in the 12000 block of New Hampshire Ave. in Silver Spring.        Pierre is 5-feet, 6-inches tall and weighs 275 lbs. She has black hair and brown eyes.
