FOUND DOG Lost near W Napoleon and Causeway

A beautiful terrier mix female. She is tan with black and was found wearing a cobalt blue harness. Found at the discount zone at causeway and w napoleon. May possibly be an old person’s dog and don’t know why to do. She is currently at Crescent City Vet in safe care as I work there but please help find her owner before we have to turn her in to a shelter.
