HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Havre de Grace live-streamed the "New Year's Quackin' Eve" festivities on Friday night, as the city prepared to illuminate its duck and drop it from the Susquehanna Hose Company ladder truck. Revelers gathered near the Concord Point Lighthouse in preparation for the countdown to midnight at Concord Point Park. Watch the live-stream above or on the city's YouTube channel.
