Need help sorting out paperwork at home

I need help at home sorting out paperwork. It's hard to explain but the right person would be able to help me just play it by ear and file things figure out priorities. Maybe help with a generic business plan. I'm in the volunteer section because I can't pay $20 an hour right now. I can pay $10 with rapid increases as I get things figured out. I don't know how many hours it would be. I would prefer having someone that's near Whitehall so they can afford gas days of just a couple of hours
